Our story

Family Owned

We are a family-owned property management and construction company founded in 1968 by Eric S. Santini. Over the past 50 years, we have designed, developed and managed some of Connecticut’s finest rental communities. Eric S., along with sons Kevin and Eric A. Santini, are personally dedicated to developing, building and maintaining our communities to the highest of standards.

The company manages each community in a manner that fully reflects the Santini way: an unwavering attention to detail, responsiveness to our residents and a commitment to creating communities that enhance our local areas. We are dedicated to keeping our properties looking their best throughout each season and maintaining our numerous on-site amenities (which include outdoor pools, outdoor fireplaces, walking trails and fitness rooms) to the highest of standards. Our professional on-site staff work diligently to meet resident needs and help ensure a rewarding and inspiring living experience at all of our communities.

We have been active members and leaders of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association at the state, local and national levels. The Santini family also supports many local charities including the Indian Valley YMCA, Hockanum Valley Community Council and the HBRA Charitable Foundation.

In October 2019 Santini Living won the “Family Business Award – Small Business of the Year” in the category for businesses with fewer than 25 employees by the Hartford Business Journal. We were thrilled! Click here to read more about the award or watch the video about our journey here.
