Eric S. Santini

In addition to developing hundreds of single-family homes, Eric Santini has built over 1,200 apartment and townhome units in Tolland County. Eric achieved Senior Life Membership on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders and served as the past president of the Home Builders Association of Hartford and the Home Builders Association of Connecticut. Eric was awarded “Builder of the Year” in 1989 by the Home Builders Association of Hartford and has won multiple Home Building Industry Awards (HOBI) for Best Custom Home, Best Rental Community, Best Overall Community and Best Community Clubhouse. Other notable recognition includes the prestigious Charles J. LoDolce Award from the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Connecticut for outstanding lifetime service to the industry.

Eric was born and raised in Capestrano, Italy and he currently resides in Tolland with his wife, Lois. Eric enjoys skiing and spending time with his six grandchildren.

Kevin W. Santini

Kevin Santini has designed, built and developed over 150 custom homes in Tolland and Ellington along with 320 luxury apartment units in Vernon. He holds a current real estate broker’s license and is the acting property manager for 700+ Santini apartments in Vernon, CT. Kevin has served on the boards of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Hartford (HBRA of Hartford) and the HBRA of CT.

Kevin graduated from Roger Williams University with a degree in construction management in 1996, and is a past honoree of the Hartford Business Journal’s “40 Under Forty” award for leadership and excellence in his industry. He currently resides in Tolland with his wife, Kim and their three children. He enjoys playing soccer and coaching youth sports.

Eric A. Santini

Eric Santini has designed, built and developed nearly 500 apartment units in Vernon and Ellington and is the property manager for Santini’s 450 apartments in Ellington. Eric is the current president of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Central Connecticut and the vice president of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Connecticut. He is a past member of the board of directors for the Tolland County Chamber of Commerce and was named the “Builder of the Year” by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Central Connecticut in 2014. Eric was also won the Occupational Advisory Committee “Member of the Year” award by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in 2017 for his work with students from Rockville High School who competed at the International Builders Show.

Eric has an undergraduate degree in accounting from University of Vermont and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Eric lives in Ellington with his wife, Kristin and their three children. He enjoys skiing, running, biking and coaching youth sports.
